The Farm Au Clair de la Brune

Au Clair de la Brune is a farm that manufactures dairy products made from brown cow's milk on a farm in the Tarn-et-Garonne, in Lauzerte.

Coming from Aveyron, it was in 1957 that Michel's parents moved to the Lauzerte farm. In 1980, their son Michel and his wife Isabelle took over the business. In 2012, the Au Clair de la Brune farm sees the creation of its cheese dairy, with Sylvie, their daughter.

The farm offers visits and dairy farm products sold directly from our farm, in order to be closer to consumers and to exchange:

• Cheeses (Quercynois, Saint-Urbain, Tome piment d'Espelette...),
• cottage cheese,
• Yogurts (various flavors),
• His milk jam.
