Au Clair de la Brune is a farm that manufactures dairy products made from brown cow's milk on a farm in the Tarn-et-Garonne, in Lauzerte.
Coming from Aveyron, it was in 1957 that Michel's parents moved to the Lauzerte farm. In 1980, their son Michel and his wife Isabelle took over the business. In 2012, the Au Clair de la Brune farm sees the creation of its cheese dairy, with Sylvie, their daughter.

Open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Visits every Monday from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. during school holidays.
